Website transparency
Our public website serves to explain who nuorail is, how we work, and how to contact us. We do not deploy cookies or other tracking on its pages.
The only analytics signals we collect are routed through counter.dev, a cookie-free service that aggregates visit counts and maintains GDPR/FADP compliance documentation. No personal data is stored during that process.
Any data you submit via the contact form is handled manually by nuorail AG and retained for up to 12 months.

What we collect
We collect the information you submit through the contact form — typically your name, email address, and message. Submissions are processed and forwarded to our inbox by staticforms.dev, a third-party service that does not permanently store form content.
If you send sensitive documents (for example NDAs or personal references), we keep them only for as long as required to provide the service and then delete them.
How we use it
We use this data to answer inquiries, deliver optional updates, comply with legal obligations, and maintain a short audit trail.
All transmissions are encrypted via TLS. We delete contact data after 12 months, attachments after 24 months, and counter.dev visit counts are purged after six months.
Your rights
Under Swiss data protection law, you have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, and to ask us to correct, delete, or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email info@nuorail.com — we respond within 30 days.
You have the right to:
- Access and review the data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Request deletion or restriction of your data.
- Withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.
- Receive a copy of your data in a machine-readable format.
If we are unable to fulfil a request we will explain why, and you may escalate to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner at edoeb.admin.ch.

This website operates without cookies or tracker scripts. The only analytics we collect are aggregated visit counts from counter.dev, a cookie-free service that purges these totals after six months.
